Campus marketplace and vendor reservation system
A centralized e-commerce and reservation marketplace for student-led businesses and campus organizations, streamlining pre-orders, stall management, and event vendor transactions.
The problem
During campus events and university fairs, student entrepreneurs and student-led organizations face long lines, manual order tracking on paper or social media DMs, and inventory confusion.
Our approach
Our team developed a centralized marketplace tailored for campus event dynamics. I designed the Figma prototype and wireframes covering verified vendor onboarding, multi-staff stall management, and pre-order reservation flows. Alongside the design, our team built the platform end-to-end as an open-source codebase on GitHub to handle real campus event transactions.
The outcome
We completed the Figma prototype and built the open-source web application, providing student entrepreneurs with an organized system for event reservations and sales.
