The problem
Studying for high-stakes exams usually means juggling scattered notes, PDFs, and test banks with no fast way to turn any of it into something you can actually review.
My approach
I built Colume around instant conversion. Upload raw text or a PDF and get back structured quizzes and flashcards with automated explanations, so review material builds itself instead of being assembled by hand. To keep motivation from fading over a long study season, I added a retro-style virtual companion that grows based on study streaks, turning consistency into something visible rather than just a private habit.
The outcome
Colume is live and free to use, with real adoption among students preparing for board exams.
